Here are just some of our recently completed projects.
Island Bay Black House
Bespoke 80m2 extension to this existing 1920s Island Bay home. A new kitchen and bathroom fit out made for a more spacious interior. Black vertical cedar cladding and a new hardwood deck complimented by retained walls and ready lawn gave the back exterior a completely new look and feel, while out front a new garage was added for off street parking.
Broadway Revamp
Complete refresh of a traditional family home on Broadway. Three new bedrooms and an office added. Master bedroom extension and new ensuite. Skylights installed. Existing basement converted to an internal access laundry and media rooms. New outdoor living created with three new decks, main entrance pathway, front entry with mud room and a double garage to finish.
Opening up the Outdoors
A better use of outdoor space was the name of the game for this exterior project. A new hardwood deck and pergola opened up the exterior, while the retained walls and landscaping, including a planter box and washing line, gave the outdoor space a new lease on life.
Charming Villa Renovation
Elevated living while keeping in character for this villa renovation. Reclad and removal of two double chimneys revitalised the exterior, while the inside was made snug with double glazed windows and a complete re-line and insulation of the home. A new kitchen fit out, family bathroom and ensuite gives the traditional home a modern feel.
