Island Bay Black House
Bespoke 80m2 extension to this existing 1920s Island Bay home. A new kitchen, living and bathroom fit out made for a more spacious interior, and a new garage out front completed the project.
Broadway Revamp
Complete refresh of a traditional family home on Broadway. Three new bedrooms and an office added as well as a basement conversion, ensuite, outdoor living and a double garage to finish.
Charming Villa Renovation
Elevated living while keeping in character for this villa renovation. Reclad and removal of two double chimneys revitalised the exterior and a new kitchen fit out, family bathroom and ensuite gives the traditional home a modern feel.
